We had a great experience with Vinit Sangwan if you are ever after a MA who will go to bat for you and go that extra mile we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Vinit. My husband and I searched high and low for a MA that would give us the chance and someone to look through our numbers and everything in between for over a year but was always given the same advise “wait a couple more years, put your KS to 10% and get your debts down”, with all that disappointment we put our search on a halt, December 2023 our family lost my MIL to terminal cancer, after a busy 2 weeks Semu and I sat down again and had the conversation about buying a home so we spoke to his cousin Anthony who had bought a house in September/October and he reached out to his MA(Vinit) so we started our process at the time it wasn’t looking to great because we were adding another person with our FH journey but that fell through, so we made changes I got a job we moved our family out of our rental of 3 years from Lower Hutt to bunk up and move to my FIL’s in Porirua, my husband and I worked really hard, saved a lot of our income and started attending Open Homes I fell in love with a property and the week of the Deadline Sale we got to talking with Vinit and the rest was history!
